We took our hoppy little Kölsch brewed for opening day and moved it to post-season! Brewed with a base of pilsner malt and a touch of spelt, we grand-slammed it on the hot side with fresh, wet Citra from our friends at Loza Farms. After fermentation with a classic Kölsch yeast, we dry-hopped it with fresh-frozen Citra Cryo.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has light unfermented wort, crackery malt, and some doughy notes. Flavour has gently dank hops, straw, crackery malt, and dough. Super clean and well-hopped for a kolsch. Good stuff.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Fresh Citra and grassiness on the nose. Flavour has grassy allium, mineralic, bitter finish. Clean beer, nicely hopped.
