It's our second year of experimenting with chillies and this time we've gone big! Our resident chilli man, john, has provided the goods in a range of fresh, dried, mild to hot chillies that we've incorporated into three experimental blends.

A medley of chillies, including some very high Scoville peppers, brings complexity and tantalising heat to boot. Tropical soft fruit, peaches and umami smoke character mingle to create something enigmatic and full of character, although it's not for the faint-hearted.
