A barrel-aged dark beer brewed by Brasserie Thiriez in Esquelbecq, Northern France. Aged for two years in an oak cask previously used for Côtes de Provence (Luberon red) wine, this beer develops a complex flavour profile featuring malty sweetness, roasted notes, cocoa, coffee, and tart dark fruit, culminating in a lovely, pastry-like finish. Available in a large 75cl bottle, Foudre is a characterful, rich, and fruity beer—perfect for pairing with dessert, savouring on its own, or matching with chocolate and dark fruit.
