We love Czech style lager but have been holding back making one partly because of our focus on American beer styles and partly out of respect to the tradition. As we have been brewing on our system for almost two years, it seemed time to take on the challenge and the tradition. Made with floor malted Bohemian pils malt and Czech Saaz hops, double decocted and cold fermented and spunded for natural carbonation. This is our take on the most common beer drank in the Czech Republic and we can all see and taste and smell why!
