Go with the flow - 6.2% - Modern English IPA
Working with Dean and Jill from Baker's Dozen Brewing Co. we made a contemporary take on a classic English IPA. To show that British Hops can pack a punch, we used a combination of UK grown Chinook, Godiva and a flowable form of Ernest hop called Spectrum. Adding the spectrum as a ‘whirlpool’ and ‘hop dip’ addition to promote biotransformation with the yeast.
Expect grapefruit, pineapple and tangerine on the nose with a base of caramel and biscuit, finishing on a biting bitterness - keeping this fruity beer balanced and highly drinkable

25/4/2026. Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Good pour. Aroma is hoppy, spicy, tropical and stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Long bitter finish. Well done.
