Vom Fass (Vintage 2015) im Muted Horn Berlin 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses fass gereifte Wheat Sour Ale kommt etwas trübe gold-gelb mit einer schönen Balance an Säure und hellen Fruchtnoten daher. Der Körper ist recht kräftig ohne zu domniant zu wirken.

Dieu du Ciel L’Exorciste 2016 Golden honey color with a fizzy head that was gone in a flash. The aroma is acetic sour tart wheat with some fruits. Light bodied and dry with a tart acidic flavor featuring wheat and lemons. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Lots of funky yeasty Brett notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Tart and citrus acid with a long funky stone fruit finish. Touch of acidity. 750ml bottle. Vintage 2014. Pours a hazy blonde with no head. Aroma is fermented fruits/veggies, woody, some slight acetone notes. Taste is pretty the same. Pleasant. Somewhat similar to The Ale Apothecary Sahalie, but not so complex.
