This beer was made with our friends at Baerlic and Bend Brewing Company. We took a classic Pale Ale base and jammed a boatlaod of fresh Centennial hops from Alluvial Farms into our lauter tun and soaked the hot wort on it. Massive grapefruit juice and lemon lime notes can be found in this beer.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh piney hops, fresh doughy malts, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of bitter piney hops, light citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Bitter pine and crisp finish. Excellent.
