This snappy little Extra Pale Ale was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more Strata, as well as Citra and Simcoe. Bursting with notes of ruby red grapefruit flesh, underripe strawberry, and jasmine flowers, while hints of passionfruit and lime zest quietly sneak in to join the party. Very light bodied, dry, and exceptionally crisp, with a persistent pithy bitterness.

On tap at Chuck’s Seward Park, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of dank hops, light pine, and slight doughy notes. Flavour is bright, with lots of dankness, light pine, and doughy notes. Dank, piney, but clean and restrained. Excellent.
