Fresh Hop West Coast IPA
For Pretty Satisfying, @livinghausbeer, @doubleelbow, and we shredded some killer Coleman Farms Strata and hit it with Columbus Cryo, Krush Cryo, and Citra for a bold, citrus-packed fresh hop banger.
With Co-Hop, we teamed up with our friends at @talltreesbrewlab and @wildwoodtap to create a fresh westie using locally sourced ingredients – a blend of Mosaic and fresh Strata hops to create an exceptionally piney and citrus experience.

473mL can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Bright, soft pine, resin, and sweet doughy malts on the nose. Flavour has tons of bitter, resinous pine, lots of dankness, a touch of citrus peel, and a good malt base. Fantastic.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has moderate dankness, doughy malt, and pine. Flavour is soft, with a nice piney, dank, leafy hop character, doughy malt, and bready malt to back. Well-hopped, clean, and balanced. Excellent.
