Our long-aged mixed fermentation ale. Brewed in March of 2020, this golden sour ale spent 30 months in @albavineyard red wine barrels with a special blend of yeast and bacteria and some of the barrels were blended amongst themselves. We naturally conditioned the bottles (and very few kegs) for added complexity and depth. The end result evokes a bright and fruity champagne, mellowed with notes of oak. The acidity is light and balanced. It is our love letter to the Belgian Lambic.
