This is a small batch of our Saison that we pulled aside and added Brettanomyces Claussenii to midway through fermentation. With this beer you get all the classic Saison flavors with a little added bonus of complexity to the nose and taste. Look for notes of barnyard, hay, and a slight sourness on the nose with the same in the taste. Just a slight tart finish leaves you wanting more!

Draft at the source. Hazy variegated golden amber color. Aroma of dusty white pepper. Aroma has lots of herbs, white pepper. Very Bretty.
