Our first DIPA, Hallo Spaceboy. When the universe gives you a giant bag of Galaxy hops... you make a big IPA. Deceptively smooth body and dry finish. The hops give it notes of dried apricots and peach nectar. A nice beer for a late summer evening.
Hops: Galaxy, Citra
Malt: Weyermann Pilsner, Wheat Malt
