An old-school West Coast IPA. Firm bitterness and a dry finish. Grapefruit rind and pine forest notes from the hops. Fantastic with BBQ or Cheesesteaks (or the vegetarian version of such things). Named for the bird, not the wizard.
Malt: Pilsner, Wheat malt.
Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Azacca
