(EN) The style was born quickly: Máté and Daniel had long wanted a classic, sticky bitter West Coast IPA, and they gave it their all so that our latest beer would follow this line.
It’s hard to complain about the result: the Simcoe, Mosaic and Chinook hops add just enough aroma to the mix to establish the classic IPA vibe, and the massive bitterness confidently sits on top of this momentum (we also brewed a 50+ IBU beer for the last time at the beginning of the year…). The citrusy, grapefruit flavors are perfectly matched by the resinous bitter taste, which is enhanced by the refreshing, loose, yet substantial body…

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Draft at the First brewery taproom, Budapest. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, toffee, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a smooth, fresh, toffee malt, orange tangerine citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
