Radiant Point is a 6.4% kettle-soured India Pale Ale. We brewed Radiant Point with oats & a touch of wheat, and kettle-soured it with a lacto pitch. It was then heavily double dry-hopped with nothing but our finest Citra & Mosaic Cryo. Fitting for hopheads & sour drinkers alike, Radiant Point presents a sharp hop aroma up front and finishes with a tart & zippy backbone. We get notes of strawberry sorbet, fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, chardonnay, and mango nectar.
