We softened up our pilsner malt bill with a hefty amount of oats and wheat to provide a canvas for the Mt. Hood and Denali hops to go all Bob Ross on. With no hops added to the boil, we used Mt. Hood in the whirlpool and then double dry hopped it with Denali to give happy little aromas and flavors of pineapple, lemon, citrus, and honey.
