Square Cubed is a 6.3% Cold IPA - a crisp, hop-forward IPA style, similar to an IPL. We brewed Square Cubed with pilsner malts & some flaked wheat, and then intensely double dry-hopped it with Sabro, Centennial, Warrior, and Ahtanum Cryo. It was then fermented at 65°F, resulting in a perfectly balanced, crispy crusher, with a lingering bitter finish. It drinks beautifully in this summer heat, and offers inviting notes of bright pine sap, juicy kiwi, & candied tangerine peel.
