Our light shining from (hopefully) the end tunnel is our newest DDH IPA, The Rising Phoenix. We double dunked this flaming Phoenix amber beauty with a hefty handful of Citra, Sabro, and Amarillo hops. The Rising Phoenix is bright and bursting with citrus notes of clementines and tangerines mixed with a breeze of stone fruit for a juiced out renewing experience.⁣
