Hoppy Red IPA
Tropical fruit followed by dank WC piney citrus from Strata, Citra & Ekuanot. Balanced by caramel, toffee and dark fruits from an eclectic mix of speciality malts. Deep ruby red with an assertive bitterness to cut through an bring you back for more.

Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep red to brown and opaque. Foamy off-white head.
Nose - red fruit, caramel and lashings of pine.
Taste - pine, red fruit including fruit tannin notes. Dry toffee and burnt bread.
Palate - medium bodied, complex, bitter, tannic and a bit gnarly to approach. That said, the complexity means it's a great challenge to take on.
Overall - good stuff!
