Cask at the Town Wall Tavern, Coventry on 30th October 2013. Copper with off-white creamy lacing foam. Malty aromas. Thickly malty liquid with rich and intense peanut nuttiness. Nutty and malty finish. Light body and mouthfeel affording an easier mouthflow than expected for a 5%. A rich, rewarding ale.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is a bit eggy, rather wooden and herbal with some slight nutty and sweet malty notes. Flavour is fruity, herbal, caramelly and mildly biscuity with some slight cookies and floral hoppyness. Ends quite citrusy and floral. Also has some mild applelike notes in the finish.

Rum extracts make this a very pleasant special brew, and a sweet tasting one.
