Lattina. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dallo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula e una di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia rossa, lime e sale.

Tap at Marigny Brasserie & Bar, New Orleans. Aroma is fruity with tart citrus, lime, orange, soft mango, fruit peel, and wheat. Flavour is tart with a hint of saltiness. Body is light to medium. Not very sour but nicely fruity and tropical.

Backlog from 2019. Pours hazy orange. It’s lightly tart with lime, salt, and malt. Light bodied. It’s okay overall but I had higher expectations from Avery.

33cl can. Pours hazy pale gold, with limited and quickly fading white foam. Aroma is weak citrus. Body is a little thin and quite carbonated. Taste is moderately sour, with a very dry final.
