Tripel. A delightful mixed fermentation pale beer brewed with pale and pilsner malts from Rabbit Hill Farms and various sugars. Firmly hopped with German vaqrietals. After a warm fermentation, TdL was cold-conditioned for a gentle rest. Colorful candies, all the esters, impression of sweetness but with a dry, classic finish. 9.8% abv

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is floral, coriander. Clean tripel taste. Pretty intense and sweet.
