Our Irish Red Ale is smooth with a toasted malt flavor and a deep red color with low bitterness that provides a nicely balanced easy to drink ale with great aroma and flavor.

No aroma. Clear amber, thick head, nice lace. Dried leaves, mild grain husk. Light body, easy carbonation. True to style, very mild.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber color, off white head. Aroma of toasted caramel. Taste is lightly burnt caramel. OK.

Some rust and a decent dose of chemical astringency. Reddish brown pour with ok head. Astringent chemical finish. Tap at brewpub.
