For this heady DIPA, we used a blend of 8 hops to give this beer its dank and resiny flavor and aroma. The Chubbler starts with a base of Pale malt and oats but its the hops that really bubble to the top. Full of Citra, Apollo, Bravo and Chinook - plus a few experimental varieties - The Chubbler will quickly become your favorite piece...I mean, beer. Variant with mango & grapefruit.

Cask at Roofers Union. Cloudy variegated golden amber color, thick off white head with good retention, see pic with menu for verification please. Huge mango and grapefruit aroma with a bit of pineapple. Bitter taste is accentuated by the grapefruit and balanced by the mango. It works.
