SATURNALIA is our first all local and Wild Blonde Sour. We used VA wild yeast and bacteria gathered by Jasper Akerboom. The malt is VA grown and malted by Copper Fox Distillery, organic MD hops from Organarchy. Soured 6 months in Hungarian Red Wine puncheon.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Aroma of lightly vinous stone fruit, vanilla. Taste is fruity, softly sour, edge of smoke, subtle port wine. Very tasty.
