This Wild Ale has aged for 2 years in a Sherry/Macallan 1990 oak barrel. We add mulberries and 5% 2017 Red Natural Wine from VieVinVjenne Vineyard. The result is a full-bodied, creamy, and fruity beer, in which the mulberries beautifully complement the red fruit from the wine. Cherry takes the lead, harmoniously supported by the vanilla notes from the wood.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van bosvruchten. De smaak is vol fruitig en fris zuur met houtige tonen.

A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart red berries, grapes, cherries. Taste of sour cherries, lactic red fruits, vanilla.
