Barrel-fermented Wild IPA made with VA barley malt, white wheat, our wild 'Flower' yeast culture and dry hopped profusely with Simcoe, El Dorado and Citra. Soft, citrus-y, dry as a bone at 5.5%. Tastes of tangerines, mangos!!!

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, white head. Dusty and peppery aroma with mixed citrus. Taste is very lightly bitter fruit. Not bad.
