Bourbon BA Barley Wine + Bourbon BA Imperial Stout with Coconut, Hazelnuts & Cocoa Nibs
Just like every year – it’s time for our birthday beer. This time we went with a blend of the best bourbon barrels filled with long-boiled imperial stouts and barleywines. Then we infused it with a massive amount of fresh and toasted coconut (a whopping 500g per liter of beer!), hazelnuts, and cacao nibs.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black, almost no head. Aroma is full of toasted hazelnuts, dark sugars, coconut, and bourbon barrels in good cohesion. Flavour is rich and complex, with deep coconut, hazelnuts, dark sugars, and gentle bourbon. Very sweet but the adjuncts work wonderfully cohesively. Lovely.

At Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky dark brown. Tons of bready malts, coconut, and hazelnuts on the nose. Flavour has a lot of chocolate, hazelnuts, and coconut with a good amount of bourbon coming through as well. A bit heavy handed, but still well executed.
