Brewed in collaboration with Rays Wine and Spirits in Tosa and Mequon, this French style Pilsner is single decoction brewed with French Pilsen malt providing a light easy going malt profile. Finished with a classic French Barbe Rouge and Aramis hops, this pale lager has a soft spiciness and subtle fruit flavor, with the crisp classic finish of a Foxtown brewed Pilsner.

Tap at Foxtown. Sort of a unique earthy hop tone. Classical, easy drinking, smooth malt tone with a steady hop balance. Not unlike Italian Pils, but the nice French hops keep it true to style and its own creature.
