For our 11th year anniversary decided to break out fo the barrel. This year’s Lion’s Share is an American Barleywine that we’ve been cold cellaring for the better part of a year. This intense marriage of malts and hops needs this time to mellow and harmonize into a beer fit to go to 11!

Tavour bottle: pours near black with beige head. Aroma is butterscotch, booze, malt, caramel. Taste is a bit sharpe, lightly bitter, sweet. Tad oxidized.
