This year we welcome Saison season with our American Saison. On the nose you will notice Meyer lemons and bubble gum. This Saison boast strong flavors of pear and with the traditional style of the Saison, this beer is very dry and reminiscent of a pear cider. There are also notes of pink peppercorn and graham cracker malt. Dry-hopped with Azacca and Cryo Pop, this Saison rounds out with a clean, crisp, bitterness.

Draft pour at Westover Beer Garden. Poured a slightly hazy, mostly clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light, malty citrus. Light bubblegum, and some light dusty funk.
