Our house pale ale Mlosć is the much-needed anchor to help slow things down at the end of a hard day. Old-school American Chinook hops we used for the brew and dry hopping brought a nice bitterness and aromas of dark autumn forest and grapefruit soda to the new Mlosć. And, most likely, the power of the Earth.

Tap. Straw-colored, slightly hazy, very abundant white foam. Aroma: spicy herbs with pine needles, citrus, slightly fruity. Taste: grapefruit, pine needles, grassy, even slightly earthy, quite typical for this hop rough bitterness, but overall good.
