Draft at the Mad Dog taproom, Brighton. Poured a slightly hazy light amber colour with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a rich, smooth, juicy candy citrus, sugary, light toffee, light pepper spice, warm alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
