This German-style Festbier was brewed with German pils malt and a touch of Vienna and light Munich malts. We performed a modified decoction mash then hopped it in the kettle with hallertau hersbrucker hops. Tasting notes: lightly toasted dough/fresh baked bread, honeysuckle, faint sweetness. Medium bodied, crisp and crushable.

Draught at source: pours deep gold with a white head. Grain, light caramel, some herbs. Taste is lightly bitter, not too sweet. Smooth and crisp.
