Helles Lager

Pours a bright, light gold. Mildly sweet-malty flavor with a smooth clean finish reminiscent of cereal grain. More balanced and less pronounced bitterness than a pilsner from the German Noble hop additions throughout the boil giving a grassier aroma and less bitter taste. Yeast out of Berlin was used to impart a less crisp finish but accentuate more fruity esters into the beer.
