Collab with Grace Potter and Higher Ground for the Grand Point North waterfront music festival.
For this beer, we shook things up and used a new yeast strain we’ve been diggin’, then dry-hopped with Comet, Citra, and Strata. The result provides notes of orange juice, peach, and lemon biscotti. 5.8% abv and absolutely crushable on a hot day.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy pale yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pine, mango, lemon and peachy hop tones, light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a nice bittersweet juicy blend; finishes slightly piney and peachy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, smooth along the tongue, low hop bitterness
Overall: nicely done NEIPA worthy of coming back to.

Pours murky yellow gold into a willi. White soapy head with little retention recedes to pool rim. Mango and pine aromas. Soft with sweet mango, passion fruit and tangerine front to back. Medium length lemon pith and pine finish.
