A tribute to our friend and brewing trail blazer Ron Jeffries. This re-brew is a collaboration recipe Ron and I developed in 2018. A grist of pilsner malt and spelt. Hopped with Michigan grown Chinook, Centennial and Cashmere.
Spiced with Hawaiian black lava salt, tangerine peel and rainbow peppercorns. Open fermented with Saison and Belgian yeast.
