Draft at the source. Clear golden yellow color. Aroma of lightly herbal onion. Taste is earthy with subtle fruit, bitter dry finish. Nice.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a slightly hazy golden orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated to a mushroom cap of a small head.
The smell had a bitter sharp citrus rind, more so as lemon coming forth.
The taste was basically the same and kept the bitterness throughout the beer. A light bitter citrusy aftertaste leads to a bitter finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation hits appropriately and leaves mainly bitterness rolling over my tongue.
Overall, not bad, it seems to be one of the more bitter AIPA’S on the market. It doesn’t seem to be as balanced. Wish I knew the IBU’s on this but I’m guessing they’re fairly high.
