This sour is a harmony of yeast and lactic acid. Lychee, dragon fruit, and gooseberry puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a finish that is balanced with sea salt. Whole vanilla pods were then added during aging to round out the flavors on this amazing brew!

Draft at the source. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Tart berries, vanilla notes, sour finish. Good.
