Aged 10 months in whiskey barrels, sweet toasty biscuit, caramel, and vanilla on the nose. Layered raisin, toffee, coffee, and sweet plums, with nice drying tannins from the barrel, with the slightest hint of vanilla. Well balanced and drinkable at a low ABV.
