Sampler draft at brewery. Clear gold color. Low esters but a definite Belgian yeast. Flavor has sweet belfort dough, low hop. A bit of an apply or enemy tart finish. Not sure if I like it.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, see pic please. Aroma of lightly spiced straw. Taste is lemony straw. OK.
