American Pale Ale
A 3.4% American Pale Ale that proves big flavour doesn’t need big ABV. Light and easy drinking, offering a gentle balance of citrusy hops and subtle malt character, making it the perfect session beer. Smooth, approachable, and very drinkable.

Cask at EBF Nov 25. Opaque amber gold. Thin frothy foamy white head. Aroma is sweet with a vague hint of sourness. Canned fruit. Underlying malts. Medium bitter. Tart citrus and resin with quinine to boot. Under this we have sweet canned fruit. A pinch of pepper. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable enough but kinda basic.
