(Draught at Café Gollem, Amsterdam, 30 July 2017) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, pineapple, tropical fruit and fresh hops. Fruity, malty taste with citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and a sweetish finish with a generous citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and fresh, with a generous hop character. Nice one.

Massive gusher. Aroma and flavour have huge amounts of tropical fruit especially honeydew melon and mandarin. Refreshingly bitter. A shame that the carbonation went from too much to nothing at all in just a few minutes.

330 ml bottle at home. Almost clear yellow golden color with off white head. Hoppy aroma, grassy, floral, citrusy fruity, tropical fruits, light malty. Light sweet and moderate bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Bottle at the Hopbine, Cambridge. Dark gold, reasonably hazy with a large off-white head. Bit of apricot, some raspberry jam, a sharpish metallic note in the nose. Taste is more bitter than sweet, although there’s a bit of sweet herbs in the sip. The long finish is drier, with a medicinal note in the aftertaste. Decent amount of carbonation, thin to medium body. Not a whole lot going on here for me, but it’s decent enough.

Hazy deep golden color with a big frothy white head. The head stays quite fine.Fine hop intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Fruity, citric hoppy, pine and malty flavor. Nice refreshing ale.
