Minimally grainyand strawy, pale malty and slightly fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of protein. Taste is minimally strawy, pale malty, slightly yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, minimally fruity and tart-ish, herbal-grassy hoppy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, thistle, a touch of protein; slightly mineral finish.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, almost minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, very dense, prickly carbonation.
Not the most typical Helles, nice yeasty fruity aspects - quite OK.
