This is our third packaged batch of Seek the Wild, which proves to be one of our more unique offerings. This “cocktail-inspired” mixed fermentation ale was brewed with 100% local malt and hops, and features our house mixed culture.

Fermentation occurred in second use bourbon barrels, which lend delicate notes of vanilla, toffee, and smooth bourbon. Following fermentation, this batch was conditioned on second use cherries and fresh squeezed orange peels, offering delicate flavors of cherry, citrus, and a pleasant spice. Think of this beer as a funky, sessionable Old Fashioned meets Manhattan mixed fermentation ale.
