Lake George's IPA changes with our hometown's four distinct seasons. Every 90 days, or less, you can expect a new Wave of modern, hazy, juicy, East Coast IPA. The malt bill remains the same: 2 row, red wheat, and flaked oats, but the hop profile changes each and every time; no two Waves are exactly the same. A true exploration of modern hop varieties and their distinct characteristics.
