Some moments strike like a flash while others unfold, disarming you one layer at a time. Klamdera is the latter: a Double IPA brewed for the edges of awareness, where clarity gives way to something stranger.
It's base is rooted in tradition; pale malt, a touch of honey and a golden glow that belies the depth within. Biterness arrives early, sharp and structered, with pine and grapefruit holding the centre. But it's in the after-breath that things shift; a rush of tropical brightness, stone fruit, citrus peel. A flicker of something floral and unfamiliar.
The finish is dry, but never cold. It lingers, warm, tingling and gently unmoored.
