Bourbon Barrel-Aged Banana + Marshmallow Fluff-inspired Imperial Stout • 14.5% ABV • We're approaching bold body and vicious viscosity from all angles in this 14.5% ABV Imperial Pastry Stout. Mass Action is a unique blend made up of our favorite orphan barrels finished through 800lbs of fresh coconut pieces, 650lbs of toasted coconut, a veritable island of bananas, and 300lbs of Jet-Puffed's finest marshmallows.
Cold first sips are pure coconut. Let the liquid warm a bit, and the dreamy sweetness of marshmallow bounces onto the palate, making way for a wave of rich, ripe banana. Caramel tones of toasted coconut and barrel balance the blend with a complex, lingering finish.

Cinnamon, coffee, dark chocolate. Pours black with a little mocha head and lacing. Finishes with some bitterness and a little tartness. I didn't get much banana, which is good for me. Snally.
