Copper Pils inspired by Czech brewing traditions prior to 1991.
Brewed with traditional floor-malted Pilsner malt and Munich malt. Hopped with the famous Czech variety Žatecký. It is distinguished by its pronounced bitterness, pleasant floral-herbal aroma, and rich malty body.
Collaboration with the Wrocław pub “Szynkarnia.”

On tap at Pinta Warsaw Chmielna, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice spicy hop character, grassiness, and straw. Flavour is biting, with assertively bitter spicy hops, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Aggressive finish with a long Saazy aftertaste. Excellent.

On tap at Pinta - Chmielna. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and spicy grass on the nose. Flavour has a ton of aggressive Saaz hops, tons of spicy dry grass and a good cracker malt body. Very nicely done.
