A dry and clear new wave Pilsner with a distinctly grapefruit-forward bitterness and a bold West Coast-style hop character. Expect aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and pine needles, intertwined with a dank, green hemp-like note. Fermented with a lager yeast strain at lower temperatures, allowing the hop character to remain clean and intense, with a crisp and pleasant bitterness. Crystal clear, with a rich and lasting head. A hoppy punch straight out of California.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tangy citrusy hops, gooseberry, light grass, and crackery malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of tangy, gooseberry-like hops, grassiness, and crisp crackery malt. Finishes tangy and bitter. Excellent WC pils.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky pale yellow with a white head. Sharp pine and cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has nice, clean pine and a cracker malt base. Crisp and clean with nice WC hop expression.
